Join our feminist hackerspace for women, trans and queer people!
Our hackerspace is a self-managed workspace where people with interests in and around tech can meet, learn and collaborate.
Our vision for the hackerspace is a place where we share our knowledge and learn from each other, collaborate on projects, discuss topics that interests us, organize geeks and hackers, put energy into assisting technical needs of our communities, and much more! It's also a place where you can just get some boring work done in the company of others.
We want to create a non-intimidating environment, and a supportive, friendly community to help feminist makers and hackers learn and build.
Our first hackerspace will be tuesday mars 22th at 17:00-21:00
This is our first meetup, but if there's interest we'd love to make this a recurring event. At this first hackespace we'll talk about what we want to do, and how we want to do it :) Feel free to post your thoughts and ideas as a comment to this event before the meetup. And if you can not attend this time but like the idea, please let us know.
We'll meet at Kulturhuset Frilagret, close to the tram stop Järntorget. You'll need to bring your own computer or other equipment you want to use. There's a free public Wifi. Frilagret is accessible with wheelchairs (wide doors and ramps) and there is a large toilet.
